We ask that in addition to the contact and payment information, you provide the name of the bride/groom, wedding date, requested travel dates, along with any special requests or mobility concerns.

Once we receive your information, we will work with the hotel to secure the room. Completing this form will not automatically create a reservation, but instead it will submit your information to The Gatherin Co.
